Hi, I'm Kirstie, The Beyond Breast Cancer Coach. As a 10 year breast cancer survivor myself, I can not emphasise enough how important mindfulness was to my recovery, both emotionally and physically.

I am so excited to share this course with all that need the time and space to understand themselves better and initiate positive changes in their life post cancer.
